Off season training coming into practice. If you are not doing a sport try to get to 25 pushups, 25 squats, 25 sit-ups, 25 Jumping Jacks, 10 pull-ups if you have a bar.
Run a 1/2 mile evey other day. Start out running slowly and build up.
